I guess the one good thing about tumbr is you can blog a bajillion times in one day and no one will think you're an over-enthu no-lifer.

Studied with Ariel yesterday, ended up talking a little to much hehehe. Once again, started off at Esplanade then moved to various locations to get a change of scenery + food. Totally dissed my "diet", which fyi was going pretty well, and binged on an entire pack of Ritz cheese biscuits D: Oh but they're so good !! Haven't had them in the longest time. Hmm cheese is healthy right?

Ended up at FoodRepublic hahaha (don't ask me how) when Chantel who was in the vicinity called, decided to be extra, and dropped in. Quite a hilarious story actually, cos she was texting me on the train on my way to CityHall and then suddenly in the mad throng of people getting out of the train I spotted her with, ahem, the subject of our texts. Okay I'm making it sound terribly boring but I swear it was so funny at that moment where once she responded to my tap all we did was laugh like embarrassing baboons incapable of speech.

GAH I WAS SUPPOSED TO GO SHOPPING TODAY but weiting cancelled on me for studying ): ugh but all my shoes are breaking I am in desperate need of far east plaza ): ): ):

ugh okay need to blog to get this off my mind and out of my system FOREVERRR.

Can't stop thinking about how badly I screwed up during the comm interviews (last last week), and ever since then I've just had moody thoughts about choir. Sucks that that's what the comm and the teachers had to witness, when I know it's definitely not my personal best. They must have been thinking, "Wtf Ms Lim used her appeal spot for THIS lousy person?! Omg what a waste, she could have gotten some zai bass/tenor instead."

aghbdfbnvbejiefh I HATE THIS. And I have a feeling that I may have offended the comm by some of the stuff I said, and I do feel guilty for not having phrased it in a more tactful manner, but honestly, I don't really regret what I said. I take pride in being a frank person and expressing my opinions freely, even though more often that not it ends up being the wrong thing to do. Gut feeling tells me I probably won't get into exco now, but I guess that's okay, because after all, it's not the position in the choir that you hold that makes a difference (or an improvement), it's the bloody things you do for the choir that really matter.

Yes, surprise surprise, I survived it. With minimal damage too okay ! Returned home with scaly skin, army repellant-induced rashes, mud-soaked sports shoes and a newfound love for Ares fac comm :)

I'm so lazy to post about everything in excruciating detail, but oh goodness, I haven't had such pure unadulterated fun in AGES. All the worry/fear about leeches aside, I honestly enjoyed the cave exploration and "water-rafting", bonding with both Ares AND Athena, setting up our own campfire and cooking, watching Raymond's hilarious leech discovery, playing kiddy games on the ground when we woke up 1 hour early and basically just having one of the best times of my life. Aww the memories are so fantastic I can't help being so sickeningly sappy !

I'm really thankful for being able to share in this awesome experience with some of the coolest people in the world, and I'm so looking forward to serving Ares and the school with them in the year to come :)
